Platform in Development - Join Our Waiting List

Build the Future of Canadian Ride-Sharing

Join a team building a ride-sharing platform designed for fairness, safety, and inclusion. We're hiring talented people who believe that technology should serve communities, not exploit them.

Our Culture & Values

Canadian-First Design

We prioritize Canadian realities: winter weather, bilingual requirements, and fair economics. Every feature starts with "who does this serve?"

Inclusion as Default

We don't add accessibility features late. Multilingual support, vulnerable rider protocols, gender equity, and community co-design are baked into our DNA.

Safety First

Every product decision prioritizes rider and driver safety. Fraud prevention, GPS spoofing detection, and emergency tools aren't afterthoughts?they're foundations.

Fairness & Transparency

We share open data with government and research institutions. Driver revenue shares are transparent. Business models are explained, not hidden.

Technical Excellence

We build for scale, security, and reliability. Modern tech stack, rigorous testing, and continuous improvement aren't optional. Quality matters.

Community First

We listen to riders, drivers, and communities. Product decisions are informed by real voices. Profit serves mission, not the reverse.

We're Hiring

7 open positions across engineering, product, operations, and support. All roles offer competitive salaries, equity, and the chance to impact Canadian mobility.

Don't see a role that fits? We're always interested in exceptional talent.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is GeeGee launching?

We're launching our MVP in Toronto in late 2026. This follows a disciplined 6-phase development process that prioritizes quality and security. We're not rushing; we're building right.

Do you offer remote work?

It depends on the role. Engineering roles can be partially remote. Operations and community roles are primarily on-site in Toronto. We'll discuss flexibility during interviews.

What's your salary range?

Salaries range from $80k-$170k depending on role and experience. We benchmark against Toronto tech market rates and offer stock options to align long-term incentives.

Do you value diverse backgrounds?

Absolutely. We actively encourage applications from men, women, locals, immigrants, people with disabilities, and underrepresented communities in tech. Your unique perspective strengthens our platform.

What's the interview process like?

Typically: 1) Phone screening (20 min) 2) Detailed interview (60 min) 3) Technical/case study (if applicable, 90 min) 4) Culture fit conversation (45 min). We keep it fair and transparent.

Can I apply for multiple positions?

Yes! If you're interested in multiple roles, mention it in your cover letter. We'll evaluate you for positions that best match your skills.

What do you look for beyond experience?

We seek curious, mission-driven people who care about fairness and Canadian communities. We value learning ability, ownership mentality, and comfort with ambiguity in a pre-launch startup.

How do you support underrepresented groups?

We're building an inclusive workplace: equity in hiring, mentorship programs, volunteer time for community causes, and active listening to team feedback. Inclusion isn't an HR checkbox?it's how we operate.
